We had tasty food here, especially the chicken biriyani, which was awesome. Service was good and the prices were reasonable. There’s plenty of parking, and the restaurant is clean and tidy.

The new manager, Sathyam, strictly enforces the rule against bringing guests to the suite room and will charge ₹1000 if anyone does. I also think the hotel would be better off avoiding rooms here for business improvement purposes.

I regret booking this place. The Wi-Fi was the only thing that worked for us. The AC in the room wasn’t working, there was no breakfast, the toilets were below standard, and it didn’t feel safe. When we asked about the restaurant, the staff were extremely rude. The service was very poor, and it felt like they were just looting people under the name of a 4-star hotel.

The meals are now pathetic, and the menu prices are far too high. The food and service are very poor. This place used to be good, but I wouldn’t recommend it.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and both the room and washroom were clean and well kept. We had a pretty good stay.
