The room was filthy and poorly maintained, full of cockroaches, and they gave us just one damaged towel for two people. The whole experience was frustrating and felt like a scam. OYO and the hotel management both failed to take responsibility, and the staff's behavior was disrespectful and unacceptable. I'd called OYO customer support to book a room for a couple under ₹1000, explaining that we'd arrive around 11 PM. They asked me to pay ₹309 in advance to confirm. When we got there, the manager said it was a six-sharing bachelor room, which wasn't acceptable for a couple. I asked to cancel, but he insisted I pay ₹1400 for a deluxe room and promised the ₹309 paid to OYO would be refunded the next morning. When I called OYO the next day about the refund, the manager joined the conference call and lied that I'd asked for an upgrade, so there would be no refund. Right afterward, he called me separately, shouted and used abusive language, saying, “You called OYO, now you won't get your refund.” Don't book this property. OYO should take strict action against hotel partners who behave fraudulently and abusively.

The rooms were fantastic and really clean. Check-in went smoothly, and I was very happy with the stay. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone after a pleasant stay.

They refused my online booking and charged me 1800 rs for a single day in a non-AC room, when you can get one for 1000. Don't book online here, and don't come to this worst hotel in Talegaon. The staff were the rudest I've encountered in all my bookings. They're scammers.

I booked this room earlier this month through the Make my trip App. When I arrived, they told me to pay again and said they'd refund it after checkout, but I still haven't got my money back. I've called the manager about it, but they just stay quiet. It's been two or three weeks with no refund. Don't go to this hotel. Even if you book online, they'll charge you again and call it a refund, but that refund never comes.
