The room had a bad smell, like dirt and paint, and the AC barely worked, more like a fan. There was no internet connection, the TV didn’t work properly, and the washroom was awful. The room itself felt terrible, and the breakfast wasn’t good either. There were no fans in the restaurant. They seemed to have rules of their own, with no clear hotel policies, and treated us like untrusted customers, checking the room after checkout and making us wait. A total waste of money, not worth even one star.

We couldn’t even get a decent night’s sleep, and the stay caused us so many problems. The rooms looked completely different from the photos on the hotel website and Fab app, and from what we’d booked on the fav hotel app. They weren’t clean, the bathrooms were dirty, and there was no room service. The worst part was that no manager was there to hear guests’ problems or help resolve them. We wasted all our money. Just a very, very bad experience.

The one decent part was breakfast, which was okay. Everything else made the deluxe room feel like poor value for the money. The bathroom vent was so loud it kept me from sleeping peacefully, and mosquitoes kept me awake much of the night too. The bed covers weren’t changed daily, and the pillow covers looked unwashed. I’d asked for a non-smoking room, but there was an ashtray in mine, so it didn’t seem like they had non-smoking rooms. There was also a strong smell of fresh paint throughout the room. The room condition was pathetic, as you can see in the attached photos. If you need to use the hotel internet on a laptop, the speed is poor and the connection keeps dropping.

We booked four rooms for a nearby wedding, but none of them were ready when we finally found the hotel, even at 5 pm, though they say check-in is at 12 pm. The Google location was wrong, and when we called Fab Hotels, all they could suggest was looking opposite Pandit Hotel. How are you supposed to find that? In the morning there was no hot water, so we had to go to the wedding without bathing. Even drinking water took the staff an hour to bring, and nobody took responsibility for sorting it out. Reception told us to call the kitchen, and the kitchen sent us back to reception. The rooms were just okay. I’d tell people to avoid this hotel.
