Ginger Pune (Wakad)

My kid enjoyed the stay most of all. At breakfast, I met Mr. Ghorpade and his colleague, who were both humble and nice. They told me about the Nashik property and upcoming ones in Satara and Kolhapur. Earlier, my online payment had gone through, but I hadn't received a booking confirmation email for my one-night stay on 9 Jan. After waiting a while, I called the listed number and was transferred to reservations. MR. Samarth answered very politely and sent the confirmation by email. Thanks to him and everyone.

I checked in yesterday, and nobody showed me to my room. I had to carry my own luggage. The room they first assigned wasn't clean, so I was moved three times, with nobody helping me shift my things each time. Today I left my keys at reception for cleaning, then came back at 4:30 pm to rest for an hour and found the room untouched. I called reception five times asking for the manager. They said he'd call back, but 45 minutes later there was still no call. I've stayed at zinger mumbai (near airport ) and had a wonderful experience, but Zinger wakad has been pathetic, with poor service and unprofessional staff.

There were cockroaches moving around in the restaurant, and the reception lobby carpet was covered in dust, dirt, and dead insects. We came to Ginger expecting its usual goodwill, but this stay has made the money feel wasted. We're staying at Ginger in Wakad now, in room 312, on a prepaid booking. From check-in, nobody showed us where the room was, and we had to search the floor ourselves. Housekeeping was refused at 10 am, with staff saying it would only be available from 2 to 5 pm. When we asked for manager Amit Ambre, we were told he was on leave and no one else was in charge.

Breakfast was amazing, and the staff were very polite. I had a great experience here, and the place has all the amenities you need. I'd highly recommend it.
