The bar is decent and has drinks, though the selection is limited. The location is excellent, on the main road opposite the lake sea view. The restaurant doesn't live up to that potential, though. It only opens in the evening, and there's very little food available even then. Many menu items are usually marked out of stock, while chicken is often unavailable. The service feels casual and unprofessional, like the restaurant isn't a priority. With better hours, more reliable menu availability, and improved service, the place could be much better. Right now it feels like a bar with a neglected kitchen.

The property is under renovation and bookings are closed. Yet it was still accepting reservations on online platforms like Agoda, then refusing check-in when customers arrived. It's also 15kms from the tourist spots. Don't book here.

The location is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool in the middle of the resort is amazing. This place is outstanding all around.

Manager Moscow was kind and polite, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the week. He was easy to approach whenever we needed help. We went on vacation and received the best hospitality. The food was just like home cooking, and none of us had any issues with it.

Manager moscow was humble, kind, and easy to reach. The staff were friendly, and the rooms looked good. The hotel, rooms, and bathrooms were all very clean, and the food tasted just like home cooking.
