The road was noisy and the area was dusty, which was the main drawback. Inside, though, the hotel was extremely clean, and the rooms were in great shape and well maintained. The staff were professional and helpful. The pool wasn't open during our stay.

The food was awesome, and the hotel staff were so good. I had a nice interaction with Ms Shivani, who was kind and helpful. I'd rate it 8/10.

Devika made my stay comfortable with excellent housekeeping. She was polite, helpful, and very professional, and kept the room neat, clean, and properly arranged. I really appreciate her work.

We got to the hotel at 12:30 A.m in the night and still managed to get good food. It was really tasty, and I liked it. The room was very large, the location was superb, and the swimming pool was a lot of fun. Hotel staff were very cooperative.

The location is well outside the city, and while the rooms are okay for the price, the service is subpar. The reception never picks up when you call, so even ordering a coffee means going up or down several floors. Avoid it.
