The main drawback was the lack of network coverage. They do have fast, free Wi-Fi, but it only works around reception. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were quite clean. They provide equipment for indoor and outdoor activities, including badminton racquets and bicycles. Food costs a bit more, but I’d recommend the place for families.

We stayed two days, and the friendly, helpful staff are why I’m giving it five stars. The complimentary breakfast was tasty, and the room was spacious and clean. It’s a small, cozy place a few kilometres from yercuad lake, so having your own vehicle is best. The property is away from town and its noise, and it’s budget friendly for couples or families. They also offer activities like off-road Jeep rides for an extra charge. With only around 10 to 15 rooms, it feels crowded when they’re all occupied, so anyone wanting privacy may want to avoid it. My room also lacked ventilation and air circulation.

There’s secure parking, and plenty of sports gear, including T.T, bedminton, cricket bat and ball, plus cycles for different age groups. Kids can use the swings, and there are indoor games for enjoying time with friends or family. The place is surrounded by greenery, and we had a very pleasant stay with our four-year-old. The service was very good, and the staff were professional and helpful. I liked the food we ordered. Its OYO tie-up has ended, so search for it as Raintrees residenza.

The complimentary breakfast was good, and the toilet was clean, but there’s always a drain smell in the restroom. The rooms are good, though there’s no wardrobe. It’s about 1.5 km from the main road, there’s no mobile signal, and no intercom. I’d give it three stars.
