During my two-day stay, nobody came to clean the room. The bedsheets were torn, the AC and TV didn't work, and hygiene was nonexistent. The hotel was awful.

I got an AC room for 1,200 per night, which was a good price, and everything else was good too. The only thing that could've been cleaner was the washroom.

The rooms were small, and the bathroom was very small too. This was an AC room, but there was no maintenance or cleaning, and the staff were rude. They acted like they owned the place, took the money, then didn't respond to anything. The room charges were like those at a two- or three-star hotel, but this was a third-class place in the area, with no service or maintenance response. Don't waste your money here. I'd rather stay out on the road than choose this hotel.

I didn't have a good stay here in 2016. The rooms and service were poor, and I left the next day. Before coming here, I'd checked Mayur Assam hotel, but the room they showed me was dirty and the rate was very high. It makes them look bad for Assam.

The hot water worked, and compared with the nearby options I was satisfied with the place. I'd suggest checking the room before you settle in. For a train station hotel anywhere in the world, it's above average, though it isn't aimed at tourists or Westerners.
