OYO 12973 Hotel Crystal

The room came with complimentary breakfast, but the hotel refused to provide it. The TV might as well have been a showpiece: no channels appeared, even after I reminded the manager four or five times. The bathroom was so small it felt suffocating, the basin was dirty, and the bedsheet had blood stains. Management wouldn't change it despite several requests, and the sheets were torn too. The service was awful. I wouldn't come back, and would look for a good hotel offline.

I had an interview the next morning, so after all the trouble I ended up booking the same hotel again at a much higher price because it was nighttime and I was new to the area. Earlier, I had booked through goibibo and arrived at 8:15 PM, my preferred check-in time, but the receptionist refused to let me in. They weren't satisfied with the tariff and had old payment issues with OYO and goibibo. I called OYO customer support using the number on the pay slip. Even after their representative spoke to the receptionist, I still wasn't allowed to check in. Support kept me on the phone for about 1.5 hr, despite my asking to cancel and get a full refund, but it came to nothing. The room was good and spacious, though the bathroom was very small. They gave me drinking water in an old Kinley bottle. I realized in the morning it wasn't sealed, and the taste was strange, which put hygiene and health at risk. There was also a big bar on the ground floor, so families should think twice before booking. After the trip, I filed an official complaint with goibibo and asked for a refund. Thankfully, they confirmed with the hotel and refunded me. Overall, a very bad experience.

Room 105 was the worst room I've ever had. It seemed like they were using it as a store room. There was hardly proper water, and spiderwebs were everywhere, as if the room hadn't been cleaned in a decade. Don't stay here, you'll regret it like I did.

The rooms were dirty, with stains all over them. I booked through the OYO app yesterday, but at reception they told me to check in with a direct hotel booking at the OYO room price, then cancelled my OYO booking. I didn't find anyone genuine at reception. This was the worst experience I've had with an OYO hotel.
