Haveli Palace By OYO Rooms

It's basically a 1RK apartment, one room and kitchen, converted into a hotel. The rooms are very large, and the location gets a 10/10 from me, but the linen wasn't clean and the place urgently needs serious renovation.

They kept calling us in the morning before checkout time and insisting we leave. The morning receptionist was rude to me and even to my wife. The night receptionist had been just as rude, acting like he was doing us a favor despite charging ₹2,500 per room, ₹7,500 for three rooms. We were also charged ₹210 for seven bottles of water, ₹30 each, with no complimentary water. The experience was terrible from the start, and I'd call the management fraudsters. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Stay away if you care about your money and being treated with respect.

The food they served was stale and unappetizing, and the staff were rude and dismissive when we needed help. Service was unresponsive and unhelpful throughout. My stay was unpleasant from beginning to end, far below what I expected. I wouldn't recommend staying here, and would suggest looking elsewhere.

I had booked four days at hotel haveli with several functions planned, but the staff's rude attitude started after the booking. They ruined all the event decorations and wouldn't accept responsibility. The breakfast packs had stale food, though they charged the full amount in advance. Getting the rooms cleaned took repeated requests. The service and attitude were both pathetic. I would never recommend this place.
