During my seven-day stay, the bathroom was very dirty and wasn’t cleaned, and the towels they provided were also dirty. While I was sleeping, a customer service person brought two other people into my room to show it. His behavior was pathetic, he was money-minded, and he didn’t know how to speak to people. He pressured me to pay in cash, saying it was August 1. They advertised a super deluxe room for 1200, but showed me a deluxe room and asked me to pay 1200 for it, then demanded extra money in cash for all seven days.

Housekeeping was consistent and efficient, and the room was clean, modern, and well maintained. I had a pleasant stay at palladium Hotel, with a comfortable bed and small touches like complimentary water, toiletries, and fast Wi-Fi. Check-in was smooth, and the staff stayed friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, near restaurants, shops, and public transport.

What upset me most was the poor customer service and the 1,500 INR charge after I left just two hours into a four-night booking through agoda. The hotel looked very different from its agoda photos, and the place was extremely dirty. I wouldn't bring my family here or recommend a visit.

The staff and hotel members gave us full support for our function. It's a nice place for a one-day stay with family or friends for events, and I really appreciate their work.

The staff were very cooperative, but at least the refrigerator should work.
