There wasn't even a table or chair, and they gave us water in used bottles. The AC was in terrible shape, while maintenance elsewhere was only okay. Staff behavior was rude and awful.

The room service was actually good. They provided the basic amenity of water bottles in the room.

I regret booking this place through OYO. For a non-AC room, ₹1,053 was far too much. The stairs were awful, cleanliness was poor, the staff were rude, and it didn't feel suitable for families. That's enough for me to say I'll never book here again.
