The staff are good, but hygiene needs improvement. The cellar has a very small parking area, enough for 3-4 cars, and the reception desk is down there too. It’s an okay lodge for an overnight stay on a rushed business trip.

The staff were really helpful and friendly, and the rooms and storage space were both extremely spacious. The restaurant food was good and reasonably priced, and they followed proper sanitation processes. On the 1st floor, WiFi was steady at 21 Mbps, and the hotel is conveniently close to Medicover hospital. I’d definitely come back. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights in the last week of November. We were first put on the 3rd floor, but WiFi wasn’t working there. They tried to fix it, then moved us to the 1st floor. The 3rd-floor bathroom could have been cleaner. Nobody came to clean our room, though we stayed in during the mornings and didn’t ask them to. The TVs don’t work, as the reception clearly mentions. There were towels, soap, a geyser, an electric kettle, 2 cups, saucers and glasses, plus AC and fans. There was also a very wide table area and 1 chair.

The rooms were clean, with water, a TV and okay housekeeping, and the place is near the station. I didn’t get WiFi. Be careful with the rent: they didn’t give me a bill when I paid the advance, then tried to overstate the amount at checkout. Get a bill when taking the room or find somewhere else.

The staff are very cordial and cooperative, and the location is great, hardly 500mtr from the railway station, bus depot and business town. The one thing missing is a dedicated inhouse kitchen for tea and coffee.
