I wasted my morning trying to check in. Even though I'd paid online, the receptionist wouldn't accept my booking and wanted me to book directly at a higher price. The staff were rude and careless, and the rooms weren't great either. Total scam.

The receptionist and bellboy kept asking me for money, not even as tips, though they hadn't brought my luggage to the room or helped me at all. It was shameless and felt like being robbed. Avoid this place. Pathetic people.

The receptionist and bellboy demanded an extra 400. When we objected, they used bad language and treated us harshly. Don't stay at this OYO, find another hotel.

2/10
Booking with OYO was a bad experience. This place feels more like a dormitory than a hotel, and the service is awful.

2/10
The place is badly maintained, the service is awful, and the staff behave in a vulgar way.
