The Story Resorts & Spa

I left the spa feeling completely refreshed and will definitely go back. Sai Lakshmi and Neethu were so talented and made sure I was comfortable through the whole session. The service was top-notch, and the peaceful, spotless setting was wonderfully relaxing. I was impressed by the attention to detail and would recommend it to anyone wanting to unwind.

The property was clean and really nice, and the staff were all courteous and helpful. Breakfast was awesome. The odd thing is there's not a single fan anywhere except in the rooms. The à la carte portions were small too. Even so, I'd go back.

The Wi-Fi kept letting us down. It would be fast at first, then stop after about five minutes, come back later, and repeat the same cycle. We had the same issue on two or three phones and a laptop, which made online work difficult. Aside from that, the stay was comfortable. The room was clean, well maintained, and good, while both the complimentary breakfast and the food we ordered were tasty and had good options. More stable Wi-Fi would make a real difference for guests who need to work.

The staff took great care of us, always courteous and helpful, and service was quick and efficient. The food was delicious and offered a nice range of choices. We stayed at The Story Resort, Yercaud, where the spacious, clean rooms were well maintained and had modern amenities. Set amid nature, it has stunning views and a peaceful feel that made it a relaxing getaway. A wonderful mix of comfort, hospitality, and scenery. Highly recommend it if you're visiting Yercaud.
