We felt welcomed and well looked after throughout our stay at GRT, thanks to the polite, attentive staff who were always ready to help. The meals were fresh, flavorful, and had plenty of variety. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with stunning views. It and the rest of the property were impeccably clean and maintained. The peaceful atmosphere made the whole visit memorable. Everything, from the service and food to the rooms and cleanliness, was top-notch. I’d highly recommend GRT Nature Trails Sky Rocca for a relaxing, premium getaway in Yercaud.

The staff were courteous, attentive, and professional, and the food had a good range of dishes for different tastes. We found the rooms spacious, clean, and well designed, with scenic views. The property is well maintained and surrounded by greenery, giving it a peaceful, refreshing feel in Yercaud. The coffee estate tour was one of the highlights of our trip and an unforgettable experience. Great Trails Yercaud is beautifully set among greenery and peaceful views, and our rooms were well maintained. We had a wonderful stay earlier this week, with delicious food and warm, attentive service. Thanks especially to Senthil, Srinivas, Sakthivel, and Ramu for their support and hospitality. They made us even more comfortable, and we’d definitely love to return. Highly recommended for a refreshing, relaxing break.

The food was delicious at every meal, with lots of healthy, tasty choices, and the dining team served us warmly. Special thanks to Mr. Balaji, Mr. Ramu, Mr. Santhosh, Mr. Prince, and Mrs. Rajalakshmi. We also had an excellent spa treatment from the highly trained therapist, Ms. Bha, with very good hospitality. During our Pongal vacation at Great Trails Yercaud by GRT Hotels, the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. All the staff made us feel at ease, and Manager Mr. Sakthivel gave us a very kind welcome and took exceptional care of us. The activities throughout the day were well organized. Event Manager Mr. Ravi was especially kind and friendly, and made sure everyone enjoyed them. It was a fantastic, memorable stay, and we highly recommend the hotel for a holiday.

The staff were soft spoken, helpful, and pleasant, and they sorted out our questions and any issues promptly. Check-in was easy. We found the rooms spacious, with decent interiors and big, clean bathrooms, and the property was well maintained. It’s easy to reach and sits in a scenic spot; the valley view rooms have excellent views. I’d recommend this hotel to everyone. It deserves five stars across the board. Thank you, keep it up!
