We booked two nights and paid in full, trusting the place, but left on the first day and weren't refunded. The rooms smelled pungent, and the bedsheets and towels were stained and never replenished. There were bugs and cobwebs in the rooms, no basic amenities, and the service was awful. Our kids got sick in the unhygienic conditions. Karthick, who owns the property, seems to think it's well maintained, though he never visited it. We forgot to take photos of the room's nasty condition to share here. I'm writing this for the public: please don't consider this place for any kind of stay. Highly not recommended.

The staff's behavior was average, the sheets were only average too, and the complimentary breakfast didn't arrive on time. Power backup was poor, with voltage fluctuations going on all night. The room itself was clean and tidy, with attractive interiors, plenty of space, a TV, aqua guard, safety locker, couch, and king-size bed. The scenery around the place and the balcony view were spectacular.

There's nowhere nearby to eat or shop, the service was poor, and it wasn't suitable for a family stay. We all got sick. The bumpy, crooked road to the hotel was rough, and the rooms weren't well maintained. As soon as we entered, there was a fungal smell, with cobwebs and bugs in the room. The sheets were stained and looked used, and the pillows had lots of fungal growth.

The online photos make it look much better than it is in person. The beds smelled awful, the bedspreads were dirty, and the restroom was unclean. The heater didn't work, there were constant power cuts, and we weren't given towels. There's no room service, and the manager responded poorly and behaved badly. Even when we asked for coffee, they couldn't provide it. Simply a waste of money. Please don't waste yours.
