The last time I stayed at Abuzz Oxfordcaps, a few years back, everything was great. Coming back was a big mistake. The place is filthy now, and the bed linen looked so dirty I wondered how many people had used it without it being washed. I asked the staff to replace the sheets and got ignored. 🤮 I was worn out from travelling and didn't want a confrontation, so I stayed anyway, but the service was unacceptable. There was no hot water in the shower either. Sad to see what a good place has become. I wouldn't recommend staying here now. 🚫

A nice place to stay, including for a month. The management is very cooperative, and if an issue comes up, they resolve it quickly. The property is neat and clean, with cleaning done on schedule.

Great vibe, good food, and a very nice place for kids.

Sanitation is taken care of every day, and I found the place distinctive. It's handy when you need to settle in quickly, since everything is ready. With friends along, the co-living setup is a lot of fun.

The attached photo says enough about the hygiene in this dormitory. It's the best they had available to provide, so anyone can imagine the standard of the toilet and washroom. I'm posting this after 12 hours without any response from the Site manager.
