Best Western Maryland

A good value for either business or leisure in Zirakpur, and I'd recommend it. Best Western Maryland is conveniently located and well maintained. The staff were attentive, courteous, and professional, while the clean, spacious rooms had all the essentials. Food was very good, and breakfast was organized well.

We left without any reimbursement, and the staff wouldn't even help us move our luggage. Coming from Bhopal with two kids, this was a terrible experience in a new city, and a really bad memory of the hotel. We had booked a family room online. Even after promising one, they gave us two twin-bed rooms, far apart. When we asked at reception for a king bed, they said the whole property was sold out. Five minutes later, they assigned a fresh family room to a new customer. It felt like we had been cheated as people who booked online. Don't rely on the name or the photos and videos on the online platform. They seemed fake to us.

Simran at reception was very helpful and dealt with all my questions promptly and efficiently. I'm grateful to the staff for their warmth and hospitality, which made the stay memorable. The hotel is in a prime spot in Zirakpur, with easy highway access, and the rooms are splendid. Staff were very supportive.

No comfort, convenience, or sense of safety, and the staff seemed least bothered about the money and time we lost. We booked at 5.5k per day, but the fridge was missing, tap water ran low, supplies were limited, and the drainage was blocked. Other guests partied loudly with no control, so we couldn't sleep before an 8-hour drive the next day. Then the water supply stopped altogether, delaying our plans and causing financial loss. It felt more like a party hotel worth 2k a day than a Best Western. This ruined our precious holidays and has left us feeling insecure. We'll think twice before booking another hotel in the chain.
