I hadn't planned this stay, and Oyo's reputation had made me unsure about booking. I called the hotel owner to confirm, and his politeness and hospitality surprised me. The property itself was good, but the staff and arrangements made the experience awesome. It's a nice option on an average budget, and I'd recommend staying here if you can.

The online booking included breakfast, but the hotel staff wouldn't accept that and didn't provide it. The fan, plug point, and heater weren't working, and they didn't even give me a water bottle. The equipment seemed to be duplicate rather than original, and there were no proper facilities. It was the worst experience I've ever had. At checkout, they gave me a plain cash bill on what looked like bakery paper, without a company seal or proper GST number.

The bedsheet was very dirty, and no blanket was provided even though it was December and very cold in North India. The rooms are tiny, the washrooms aren't up to standard, the sink leaks, and the fresh water hose is loose. They gave no toiletries at all, no soap, towel, or tissue. At checkout, someone tried to give themselves a 5 star rating using a customer's phone.

I booked through oyo and had a bad stay. The beds were dirty, the bathroom was unhygienic, and they didn't even offer water. At checkout, the staff member took my phone and posted a review himself without telling me. It was my first time in chandigarh, and this left a very bad impression. I hope this helps someone.
