The room was spacious, and I could control the water temperature properly. The location is good too, near Najaf City Mall, restaurants, and between the main religious sites. But the WiFi was atrocious, so I ended up relying on my 4G mobile data. Breakfast was cold and seemed to include food left over from the night before. Fix those two problems and I’d give the hotel five stars.

The rooms were comfortable, the staff friendly, and breakfast had an okay selection. But a twin room with just two power points isn’t enough when everyone has several devices. They could use more outlets.

We were three friends from France and spent one night in the suite on November 22-23, 2025. It had two bedrooms, a salon and kitchen, plus one bathroom with hot water. The hotel was good, and breakfast was good too. It’s about a 10-minute drive from the Ali s shrine. Thanks to all the kind personnel. I’d stay here again if I return.

Really good WiFi throughout, great service, and a great buffet breakfast. The rooms are a bit outdated, but they provide the amenities.

We actually moved here from the hotel next door because the staff gave much better customer service. They were respectful and accommodating, especially with travelers. The rooms were clean and breakfast was good. We had an amazing stay. Highly recommend it, and the suite is worth getting if you want a nicer room.
