The room looked dirty from the start, and the air conditioning barely worked, which was unbearable in the summer heat. The floor hadn’t been cleaned properly, there were stains in the bathroom, and the furniture was extremely old and worn. Nothing matched the online photos or description. The place felt neglected, outdated, and poorly managed, more like a cheap, run-down motel. For what I paid, I expected a clean, comfortable stay, but got neither. Management clearly doesn’t care about guest comfort or cleanliness. I rarely write reviews, but this stay was so disappointing that I had to. I wouldn’t recommend it. Save your money and book somewhere else, you’ll thank yourself later.

For two people, the rate was 105,000 IQD a night, which felt like great value for the comfort and quality. Breakfast was amazing, fresh, flavorful, and with lots of options. The service was top-notch, and housekeeping kept everything clean and organized. I also appreciated the new refreshments in both the room and bathroom. It made an already comfortable stay feel even nicer. I’d highly recommend it for a relaxing stay where you’re well looked after.

Breakfast was the one good part. The price was very high, and the two young men at reception lied to us: they first quoted one price, then charged us much more when we paid. The rooms were ordinary, like those in other low-priced hotels. Parking was difficult because the outdoor space was small, and the traffic noise next to the hotel at night and early in the morning was the worst part of the stay.

The beds were nice, and for the price it was fair enough. The toilet had an odor that wouldn’t go away.
