From check-in to check-out, the staff were attentive and professional, and the spa and dining options were world-class. The rooms also have breathtaking views. Rixos Duhok brings luxury and comfort to the heart of the city, and I’d call it the best choice in Duhok for either business or leisure. A five-star experience.

There was some kind of gathering while I was staying at the hotel, and finding a parking spot took nearly 40 minutes. Parking was a problem.

I’m unhappy with the staff and the service, and the prices are way too high. I was charged extra. I ordered kunafa, tea, a shisha, and orange juice, and the bill for everything was $115. 👎🏻

The location was convenient and felt safe, so getting around the city was easy. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rixos Duhok. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, a relaxing place to return to after a long day. The staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help. Food was fresh and delicious, with a good range of choices, and service was quick and attentive. I’d definitely recommend Rixos Hotel Duhok to anyone visiting the area.

It’s an expensive hotel, but it offers real luxury and is the best hotel in Duhok. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, with working air conditioning and good amenities. Staff speak English well and make you feel welcome. Breakfast is top notch too.
