The rooms and facilities are nice, the hotel is clean, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast could be better.

One thing to keep in mind is the noise from the backup generator in rooms facing the front street. If that might bother you, ask for a room on the other side. The location is convenient, and my room was clean and well cared for. The staff were friendly too, which made for a comfortable, relaxing stay in Erbil.

The welcoming feel made the hotel seem more like home than a hotel during the extended stay my mother and I had this summer. The rooms and interior design were lovely, and the staff were warm and attentive to our needs, with a real commitment to good service. We had a delightful, pleasant experience. I’d highly recommend staying here in Erbil. Well-earned five stars.

My mom and brother had a great few days here, and they’d definitely return when visiting Erbil. Their room was spacious, clean, tidy, and had everything they needed to be comfortable. They also liked the breakfast and its range of choices. The location was close to just about anything they needed, and the staff were so welcoming and helpful, making them feel at home.

The service was flawless, the food was good, and the location was fine. Ahmed and Mahmood were especially lovely, very professional and excellent at their jobs. We did have room trouble, though. The beds were comfortable, but the first room had a leaking shower cubicle. In the second room they offered, the aircon had problems and there was a smell of smoke.
