There wasn't an outdoor seating area, and the pool and gym were for women only until 4:00 pm, which I didn't like. The room was spacious, clean, and about 70 m2, almost like an apartment. The indoor pool was good, and the staff were polite.

The large room was comfortable, but I was disappointed that the pool wasn't operated as a mixed-use facility and the bowling alley wasn't operational as advertised. What stood out most was the staff's service. They handled every request promptly and professionally, and I felt genuinely cared for.

Renchber and Hassan were genuinely excellent, kind, and respectful with customers. Some other employees, especially at the front desk and restaurant, act like managers and disrespect guests, which is hurting Grand Swiss Hotel. When people without hotel or tourism experience are hired, this kind of disrespect is bound to happen. Someone needs to teach them to respect customers.

I stayed for over three weeks, and the food was consistently very, very good. The rooms were super quiet, and the service was great. Depending on what you need, the location can be an issue: it's 30 minutes from EIA and places like Dream City. The gym is fine, but the machines aren't wiped down, so some parts you have to touch feel sticky. I didn't use the pool, though it's big and had lots of people swimming in the morning.

The facility has a very good gym, and it's a nice place to stay. Service was always pleasant, helpful, and professional. A few small details in the rooms could be improved, though I had no real concerns.
