The location is perfect, close to lots of cafes and restaurants, and I enjoyed the breakfast. The dining area had a lovely atmosphere and a great view, though it felt cramped. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room photos gave me high expectations, but the rooms turned out to be small and poorly ventilated, despite looking new and spacious online. Cleaning and hygiene need attention, especially in the bathrooms. With improvements to the building's condition, the stay could be much better.

The place was clean and quiet, and the service was really good. The woman at reception was especially nice and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. I stayed for two nights and have nothing bad to say about the place. They should update the prices on the booking app, though. I'd definitely come again, and it'd be my first choice.

The hotel's handy for both the airport and the center. It was my first stay at Stella hotel, and everything was great, from the room and living room size to the service and daily cleaning. The staff were great too, especially Miss Lena at reception, who always responds promptly. I'd definitely stay here again.

The sheets weren't very clean. They may call you to cancel your reservation if someone else has paid more through booking. com, or offer you a smaller room at the same price.

Service was great and the rooms were very clean. If you're lucky, you'll meet (Mohammed), who's number one. The best hotel in Erbil, thank you.
