Slept really well in a clean, cozy room. The staff were nice, and the stay felt comfortable. Very happy with it.

The hotel feels a little dated, and I can see how that might put some guests off. It didn't bother us, though. We've travelled a lot and are used to adapting, so we enjoyed the laid-back pace and gentle, respectful atmosphere. The staff were friendly, and service was excellent even during Ramadan. If you're a patient traveller who values that kind of service, you'll probably enjoy it here.

The hotel's location was excellent, and the breakfast, served in a loft, was delicious. The staff were caring and very helpful. What we didn't like was the room: it had no window, so we missed the daylight, and it developed a bit of an unpleasant smell.

My wife stayed here for two nights. When she checked out on 04/09/2021, a woman at reception, who was from (SYRIA), though I'm not sure of her exact name, accused her of taking a room safe. We later learned there hadn't been a safe in the room at all. The receptionist had asked my wife for a tip, and after my wife declined, she claimed a safe was missing. This was the second time I booked this hotel for my wife, but never again. Management should make sure they hire the right people for the job.
