Bilitom Hotel

The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well maintained, with comfortable beds. The AC is digitally controlled, but it only runs as either cooling or heating. Switching between the two needs central coordination for the whole floor. You can also hear people talking loudly in other rooms because the sound insulation isn’t great. Service is uneven. Some things are handled very well, while simple requests can take a long time.

I was there for a few hours for a workshop. It’s a calm, classy place, and I liked the food. It was cooked very well.

Everyone I dealt with was kind and professional, from the security guard outside and the screening staff to the front desk team. The location is great, truly unbeatable, and the customer service was excellent. I’ll stay here again on my next visit, within the next 9 months. I stayed back in April and had booked two rooms with windows and breakfast included. Both rooms were spacious and clean. Thank you!

There was construction in the next building, so there was no sleeping in the morning or afternoon. When I asked about it, I was told there was no other option unless I upgraded. The room was small and had no window. The booking said “no view,” which doesn’t mean a closed room. The TV had no channels either. An unfortunate stay. The hotel is expensive, and there are better options.
