The nightclub is very loud, and there isn't proper sound insulation. The workers looked frowning, almost as if they hated their jobs.

Music from the nightclub shook the floor below my room every single night, and I couldn't sleep. I also found bed bugs, and the rooms seemed not to be cleaned at all. The receptionist tried to overcharge me. The staff were so rude it felt like I'd killed their whole family. If you don't speak Arabic or Kurdish, avoid this place at all costs. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Don't waste your money, you'll regret it.

The parking lot is across the road from the hotel, the toilet was filthy and smelled awful, and customer service was rubbish. The nightclub noise kept me awake, so renting a room here was a nightmare. Avoid it.

I didn't go inside, but it looked nice from the outside and seemed to be in a good location.

We had the worst night. The loud music and noise from downstairs kept us from sleeping. This feels more like a live music hall than a hotel.
