I only stayed one night at Hayali Boutique Hotel, but it was a great experience from beginning to end. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and their hospitality made everything feel relaxed and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and well prepared. The cook was especially kind and a great person. I appreciated everyone’s professionalism and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Erbil. I’d be happy to stay again.

The intimate boutique feel and the care put into running Hayali Boutique made it a memorable place to stay in the heart of Erbil. The design is elegant, with local touches alongside modern luxury, and my room was beautifully decorated, spotless, and well maintained. I slept very comfortably, and the quality linens, thoughtful lighting, and relaxing atmosphere all added to the stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and quick to help, whether I needed a restaurant suggestion or transportation arranged. Their personal service stood out as much as the hotel itself. HAYALI Boutique Hotel is in Ain Kawa, which made it easy to reach nearby restaurants, attractions, and other key areas. The location was peaceful, too. The hotel was spotless throughout my stay, from my room to the lobby and dining spaces, and the housekeeping team kept up the cleanliness well. The staff were warm, attentive, and ready to help, whether at reception, in housekeeping, or at the restaurant. I was impressed by how well they looked after guests. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend HAYALI to anyone looking for good service, a clean hotel, and a convenient location. I’ll be back.

I was in Erbil for business, and my host suggested Hayali Boutique hotel. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had what I needed. The friendly staff and attention to detail made even a one-night stay feel like home. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the food quality, presentation, taste, and atmosphere were beyond what I expected. The hospitality was world class.
