The housekeeping team did a great job keeping everything spotless, and their friendly gestures made the place feel warm and welcoming. We felt at ease because the rooms were kept to a very high standard of cleanliness. We had an extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay, and really appreciate their efforts.

We were really happy with everything. Maan, the reception manager, was amazing, and the hotel was always neat and clean. Khalid, the sales manager, gave us red-carpet service.

The lobby coffee shop felt expensive for what I expected, but everything else was excellent. My room was comfortable, spotless, and well maintained, and the whole hotel was clearly kept very clean. Reception were welcoming, professional, and ready to help with a smile throughout my stay. The concierge team were just as attentive and supportive. I had a very pleasant, relaxing stay and would gladly recommend the hotel and consider coming back.

We made good use of the gym and sauna during our stay, and the rooms were great. The hotel was also a reasonable distance from the shopping areas. Samir looked after us brilliantly. His warm welcome and thoughtful attention put us at ease right through to the day we left. He spoke perfect English and made a heartfelt effort to meet all our requests. I'm sure he'll have a great future, and I'd be happy to see him again on our next visit to Erbil.

My phone charger went missing from my room during the four days I stayed here. When I reported it to reception, they told me, aggressively and disrespectfully, “it’s not our responsibility.” That response was completely unacceptable and didn't match the hotel's name or reputation. A very disappointing stay.
