Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Erbil 32 Park

The staff are nice, and I felt the place was secure. Service was good too. The room cleaning needs more attention, though. On my first visit I found a lot of stains on the curtain, and the second time there were stains on the bed itself, not the sheets.

I live next door, so I can see the security is very good. They have armed guards in fitted uniforms.

Terez really turned a stressful day around for me. She took care of everything I needed and was welcoming, thoughtful, and so helpful throughout. Her professionalism and positive energy made a huge difference. I'm deeply grateful for her kindness, she absolutely saved my day.

The biggest drawback is the view and the hotel's location. Opening the room curtain just reveals a wall, and the rooms can feel like a prison. The entrance for cars barely fits one and a half vehicles, while the parking garage is on the street. On the good side, the breakfast is tasty and varied, the hotel is clean, and the staff are kind and cooperative, from reception and security to the service team, much like other Ramada hotels.
