The rooms were good, but I didn’t feel the hotel was safe or that the management was trustworthy. We left some boxes of sweets there to give as gifts, and were shocked to find them missing when we came back. Service staff also kept asking for tips, especially at breakfast in Ashour restaurant and from the waitresses at uproof restaurant when we ordered dinner to our room.

The place feels peaceful and comfortable. It was very tidy, and both the rooms and the rest of the hotel were spotless and comfortable. Everyone was friendly and respectful, including the security staff, who were helpful and polite.

Since the hotel has only recently opened, I hope these suggestions help as it develops. Better parking, more suitable power sockets for our region, and some improvement in the reception staff would make a real difference. Many guests need adapters for the sockets. The hotel is impressive otherwise, and I wish you success.

The rooms are clean and nice, and the location is convenient. Most of all, the staff are amazing, helpful, and accommodating. Great hotel.

The buffet food at the restaurant was low quality and really poor. And charging guests for parking is the strangest part.
