Titanic Hotel & Spa

Titanic Hotel is still my first choice in Sulaymaniyah, and I’ll definitely stay again. The family room was huge, clean, and comfortable, and the helpful staff provided excellent service. It’s a relaxing place for a vacation, with a nice, well-maintained pool. At around $100 per night, the price felt reasonable for the quality. Breakfast was my favorite, delicious and with a good range of options. Highly recommended.

I paid $185 a night for a Presidential Suite at Titanic Hotel Sulaymaniyah, expecting comfort and good service. Instead, the room was too hot because the AC didn’t work effectively, and street noise made it hard to rest. That’s completely unacceptable for a presidential suite. I told the staff several times, but they showed little interest and made no real effort to fix anything. The stay didn’t live up to the price or the hotel’s reputation. I had a bad experience, and I won’t stay quiet about it. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, peace, or premium service.

The staff made the stay feel special. They’re all local Kurds, and they welcomed me in Kurdish, which gave the experience an authentic, personal feel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, and everything was 5/5. It’s a rare find in Iraq and Kurdistan for anyone looking for quality and authenticity. Cleanliness, quiet, and service are the strongest points here. The local Kurdish staff treat you with great respect and make you feel at home. More than five stars from me.

We had a fantastic Ramadan dinner at Hotel Titanic & Spa. The food was delicious and the service was great, with a calm, beautiful atmosphere that made it a lovely evening with family. One performer spun continuously for almost 20 minutes without seeming dizzy or tired. It was incredible to watch, and the whole night was unforgettable. One of our best Ramadan experiences. Highly recommended.
