Khan Saray

The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the service was excellent throughout my visit. I also loved the delicious food and how nicely it was presented. I had a wonderful experience at the hotel and restaurant, and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting or traveling through the area.

The bazar location is handy for some people, and breakfast was nice. Getting into the parking lot during the daytime is a nightmare, though. Rooms are clean, and the price falls somewhere between expensive and cheap.

After spending a few hours looking for a hotel, I finally found Khan Saray Hotel. The staff were so friendly, and my room was the best, as well as very clean. I had a good two-night stay and wish I could give them more than five stars. Highly recommend it. Thank you.

I enjoyed my stay despite the flaws, and I’d come back. The staff are nice, and the lobby and public spaces are tastefully decorated. Rooms are clean and fairly spacious, with a comfortable bed, good linen, hot showers, and a very good buffet breakfast. The underground parking, excellent location, and reasonable nightly rate are all pluses. The kitchen listing on Booking.com is misleading. There’s a range hood, sink, and small fridge, but no stove, cookware, cutlery, or plates. The kettle has a Euro plug while the wall sockets are British, so we needed our own adapter. There aren’t any cups in the room either. Free tea is available in the lobby, but the small paper cups leak unless you double them up. The bathroom curtain is too short, so water gets everywhere, and there’s no bath mat to soak it up. Towels are wrapped in plastic for no reason, and although there were tissue boxes, no toilet paper was provided. Internet is extremely slow. A few times a day the electricity goes off for a few seconds, then comes back quickly, so it wasn’t a big issue. If it cuts out at night while the AC is running, though, you’ll probably wake up hot.
