A peaceful, safe place, very clean and close to the tourist attractions. The food is high quality, the café is good, and the staff are professional. You can also buy gifts and souvenirs here. Almost everything you need is available.

I stayed one night in room 212. It was small but really cute, and I was happy with how clean it was. The staff were good, too. The place is fantastic, a great example of Iranian architecture. I don’t get why people complain about the old-fashioned rooms without appreciating that it’s a beautiful historic place. They seem to expect a high-tech hotel. I’d definitely recommend it, especially in autumn.

We arranged a desert tour through the hotel, and our driver was fantastic, friendly, and made the whole trip fun and memorable. The hotel staff were generally wonderful, too. The two men who showed us around the Emarat were warm and knowledgeable, and really brought the history to life. One woman at reception seemed disengaged and spoke only to one of us, which felt off. Another receptionist was incredibly polite and helpful, so that helped balance things out. There was a small nail sticking out of the closet that snagged my shirt. They fixed it and apologized as soon as we told them. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, although the meat could have been a little better. Our room was comfortable and spacious, and the whole place was beautifully restored, clean, and full of history. We loved the coffee shop, restaurant, and especially the cozy lounge. Every corner felt like stepping back in time. Saraye Ameriha Boutique Hotel is a wonderful place to stay in Kashan, and we’d highly recommend it. From the architecture to the service and excursions, it was a 5/5 stay. We’re so glad we chose it!

The architecture is beautiful and the location is excellent, but the room was dirty when we checked in. They had to send someone to clean it while we were there, and the plates and cups were dirty as well. The hygiene doesn’t match the extremely high nightly price. Internet and WiFi were almost nonexistent, and the service was slow. The porters seemed money-minded, and staff seemed more focused on hanging around for tips than actually helping. The concierge gave us incorrect information about getting to a nearby village for rose water extraction, and we lost the whole day. I’d spend the money elsewhere and sleep somewhere different. The hotel’s restaurants, including the mirror restaurant, and its cafés are worth visiting, but staying here felt like a waste of money.
