Parsian Bam Hotel

My friend's stay two weeks earlier changed my mind after I'd been hesitant because of the previous comments. When I arrived, the hotel was clean, attractive, and fully renovated. The rooms especially surprised me: they looked new, were clean, and had no flaws. Definitely give it a try.

I saw a huge cockroach in my room. They gave me a different one, but I still didn't feel comfortable staying there. The building itself was okay, though the hotel was run-down and badly needed a full renovation, cleaning, and remake. It was only borderline clean, and when I visited there were no tourists, just reception staff.

The reception staff didn't speak English, and there was no Wi-Fi. For a four-star hotel in 2019, not having Wi-Fi was hard to understand. It also felt very worn out, nowhere near four stars, maybe two at most. The ceilings, walls, lamps, floors, really everything, needed renovation.

Breakfast was good and the amenities were good too, but I expected much more from a four-star hotel. The place was clean, though old, and really needs a facelift.
