The lobby is thoughtfully designed and stands out among hotels in Iran. We stayed three nights, and the staff were kind and responsible, which we appreciated. The room service and daily cleaning need work to reach the standard you’d expect from a five-star hotel. Also, the parking lot is too small, which can be inconvenient if you arrive by car.

For seeing the city, this hotel is in a great spot, near Naghshe Jahan square and many other major attractions. It’s relatively compact but has what you need, and it’s newly built. Service was great, from the car vault through to room service. If they keep up the rooms and building, it could be a top hotel for years.

The staff were really friendly, and they’re very child friendly too. This is one of the best and most modern hotels in isfihan, with plenty to do: a swimming pool, gym, pool table, and xbox/playstation.

The pool was packed with people who weren’t hotel guests, so it was hard to enjoy. Parking was another problem: it was set aside for staff instead of guests. Food at the restaurant was low quality, and it closed early, leaving no option for even a simple meal after 9 pm. If you wanted a bottle of water, you had to go back to your room for your wallet because they wouldn’t charge it to the room. I also found the place uncomfortable and overly conservative. Guests were expected to follow a dress code, and there was pressure to wear a Hijab. The hotel constantly monitors guests with cameras, and the online pictures were misleading. Staff were rude and unhelpful, and the service was poor. It wasn’t a pleasant stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
