After staying in plenty of Tehran hotels over the years, this one is among the best I’ve experienced. The restaurant and room service teams left me with especially good memories. Everyone was polite, professional, and attentive. I’d happily recommend it.

I’m staying at Nure hayat hotel and have been happy with it. It’s clean, the service is good, and the location works well. Thanks to all the gentlemen and ladies who manage the hotel. Al hamdulilah, I’d be glad to see you again.

Breakfast had a good selection, and the whole place felt relaxing. My room was spotless and comfortable, and the staff made me feel welcome from the start. They handled every question thoughtfully. I had a great stay and would book again when I’m in Tehran.

The area was convenient for us, with Ferdowsi metro nearby, quiet streets despite the traffic around it, and trendy shopping around Hasanabad and Sanaei. I’d also suggest the area with Dizi Sara and the former US embassy, now a museum. The hotel itself cost about $50 a night, which is expensive for Iranians but not Americans. We stayed five days and found it fine overall. The breakfast buffet runs 7-10 and has a wide choice of Iranian and English food. The fruit was the highlight. I’d skip potatoes and zucchini in the steamed vegetables, though. Tea was good, but the coffee machine should be replaced with one that can make cappuccino or espresso. The rooms are modern and updated, but on the small side. I liked the enclosed showers and western style toilets. Cleaning was inconsistent: sometimes staff just moved things around, and when they made the beds they still looked messy. We also didn’t get the same towels each day. They did provide lots of toiletries, including toothbrushes, slippers, toothpaste, shoe shiner, shoe horns, and soaps. Booking was a hassle. You can’t reserve by phone, only through their website, which was glitchy. We needed a room on the day and they helped us, but it’s popular with business travelers and fills up quickly, so book ahead. They kept a copy of our ID during the stay, which is common at Iranian hotels, so bring passport copies. The bellboys were another odd bit: we asked them to take our suitcases, and they didn’t do it right away despite a luggage cart being there.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and Mr. Irfan moved me to a room with a window that wasn’t unbearably hot. But the first two nights were uncomfortable because of the heat, and the front desk didn’t fix it. I’d ask for the 4th or 5th floor if you stay here. Without those first two nights, I would’ve rated it five.
