What made me feel especially safe and well looked after was the reception team. They're terrific, efficient, friendly, and kind. I slept well, even though I'm fussy about noise. You may hear other guests through the walls, but people here seemed willing to quiet down if asked politely. The rooms are a good size with pleasant decor, and some look out toward the mountains. The bathroom is spacious, though it has that odd Iranian issue where the shower seems to wet the floor no matter how careful you are. There's a decent restaurant open until about 9pm, and breakfast has lots of choices and runs until 10am. A very good four-star hotel.

The central location was handy, the food was good quality and reasonably priced, and they even weighed my luggage before my flight. I felt safe and cared for throughout the stay. My room was a great size, and they upgraded me to an awesome suite with complimentary bar items. Breakfast was the best, with different food every day and service until 10am. The staff were warm and friendly, which made the whole visit really pleasant. No complaints.

The rooms are quiet, and the beds are clean, but the rest of the room, including the furniture, felt old-fashioned and dirty. The restaurant and food weren't good either. Breakfast was basically eggs in different forms, with vegetables, boiled or as an omelette, and nothing else. For this price, you can find better options. To me, this is a two-star hotel.

The restaurant service was mostly great, especially at breakfast. In the lobby, service was a mixed bag: some staff were great, while others were very inconsiderate. The rooms also needed better cleaning. There were stains on the bed frame cover, carpet, and some chairs. Prices seemed high, though I didn't look at many other hotels, so I can't say much about that.
