The hotel has a gym and spa with a pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, and fitness center, though some people find the gym rather small. Food is another highlight, with a varied buffet of Iranian fusion and international dishes. The rooms are bright, clean, and don't feel cramped, which I find happens in a lot of hotels, even five-star ones with dark decor. I was impressed by the service, too. This place feels more like a six-star hotel than a four-star. Each room has its own AC remote, so you can set the temperature how you like. We visited seven hotels in Tehran, three of them five-star, and none of the others had that.

The suite we stayed in had no wall between the bedroom and living area, which wasn't very comfortable. I can't speak for the other rooms. The hotel was luxurious and clean, and the breakfast buffet was delicious, but it cost too much. Reception staff also came across as unwelcoming, like they thought they were above us.

On Keshavarz Blvd, Tehran Royal hotel was a wonderful place to stay. Our room felt like a dream, and the breakfast and other food were delicious. The staff treated us with a lot of respect. Thanks for the warm welcome. Give this hotel a try.
