I hate having to write this, but I don’t want anyone else to go through what I did. The place is clean and in a good location, but the staff were awful to me, especially the two men at reception. They were rude and seemed focused on getting money. I believe they deliberately broke the table in my room so they could charge me for it. I know that sounds surprising, but that’s what happened to me. I’d just had surgery and didn’t have the energy to deal with it. Even if I’d said it was their fault, I think I would have felt terrible. It seemed like they assumed I had lots of money just because I was from abroad. I felt they had no respect or humanity.

Getting to the hotel was straightforward, and the room with hotel service was affordable at a fair price. I stayed two nights. The rooms and sheets were clean. Breakfast was the usual kind you’d expect from a one or two star place.

Mrs Shabani at reception was professional and a real help. The service was top quality, and the hotel was very good.

Had a good time at hotel sasan. The rooms were nice and clean, the staff were friendly, and the prices seemed reasonable :)

Fine for a short stay, but booking online costs more than twice the real price :/
