I had paid in full for a one-night stay, but the hotel couldn’t find my voucher and kept claiming the reservation wasn’t registered. I was only there for around eight hours, and despite asking for a higher floor with a city view, they put me in what felt like the worst room, on a lower floor facing a power plant. At 5 AM, when I tried to check out, they still couldn’t find or register the voucher and wouldn’t return my passport. My international flight was only three hours away, and I needed to get to the airport. They said I could have my passport back only if I paid for another night. I had no choice but to pay again so I wouldn’t miss my flight. The morning reservation staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, speaking to me in a disrespectful, accusatory way. They finally found the voucher several hours later, after I’d already reached my destination country. There wasn’t even a simple apology for the stress and inconvenience caused by their mistake. They only said they would refund the extra payment. It’s unfortunate to see a hotel with such history and reputation managed so irresponsibly.

Parsian Azadi Hotel was a calm, professional place to stay, with clean, spacious, comfortable rooms and a beautiful view. Everything seemed well maintained. I especially enjoyed the facilities: a beautiful spa, a great pool, and a well-equipped gym made it a relaxing stay. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés inside, with different cuisines and a lovely atmosphere, so dining options are easy. I’d recommend Parsian Azadi Hotel for a business or leisure trip in Tehran.

The building is impressive and the location is good. For a short visit, the rooms are generally clean and the basic facilities meet expectations. Service was average, neither bad nor especially good. Some parts feel dated and need renovation and better upkeep. It’s okay as it is, though updates to the rooms and service would improve the stay.

The rooms and service were very good and acceptable. Getting to the hotel is the problem: Chamran Highway is the only way in, with no other options.

We booked this hotel because it was close to the Tehran International Exhibition Center. The room was very clean, had good amenities, and offered a beautiful view. Breakfast didn’t meet my expectations for a 5-star hotel, though the selection was decent and they served freshly baked bread. We also had an issue with our reservation, and the hotel manager and female receptionist handled it with an inappropriate attitude.
