Pariz Hotel

We lasted only four hours. My husband and I couldn’t accept this as a hotel standard. Things were broken all over, and even the lights had to be switched on from the power dashboard. The door lock was broken too, which left my husband too worried to sleep. The bed was dirty and made me itchy when I lay down. This isn’t about the price, I wouldn’t pay even $5 for a night. The basic cleanliness and safety were the problem.

The location makes it easy to get to north Tehran, but I only put up with this place for one night. My room wasn’t the one I booked on the website, and the receptionist was rude. The hotel was dirty, staff behavior was poor, and the room had nothing but a bed, pillow, and blanket.

I spent one night at Pariz hotel and won’t choose it again. The room hadn’t been serviced, with hair everywhere, including in the bathroom, bed, and under the blankets. The refrigerator was empty, and a small bottle of water cost 21800 Rials, which seemed odd to charge guests for. Staff were cold and unfriendly. I’ve never seen a hotel this dirty and awful before, if it even deserves to be called a hotel.

I booked six nights because I was having surgery in Tehran. My sister and I became ill after eating rotten tomatoes and breakfast for three days. When I complained and wanted to leave, they charged me by force for what I thought were silly reasons. I even called the police, but they didn’t care. The two female information desk staff were especially rude and violent. They wouldn’t give us basic things for the room, like a glass or hot water, and treated us like murderers. The reception employees seemed like thieves and murderers too. It felt like hell, the worst hotel I’ve seen. I’m just trying to forget those six nights.
