Sepand Hotel

I booked two nights but left because the place was so dirty. The shower was filthy enough to make me feel sick, and the room was tiny with a window that wouldn’t open. They refused to refund me. The clean rooms shown in the pictures and online weren’t what I found, and they call it a hotel when it felt like a hostel.

The bathroom was a highlight, with a big shower, large sink, and huge mirror on the wall. Reception were helpful, and they carried our bags to the room without us needing to ask. We tried breakfast on the first day, which was decent. The rooms are clean and modern, with plenty of space, good furnishings, a big TV, and soft, comfortable beds.

The reception staff paid attention to what we needed and helped arrange a driver to Dizin, which we really appreciated. The hotel is simple and good value. Breakfast could use some improvement.

There are plenty of shops nearby, including restaurants and a vegetable shop, and staff can give you directions. The hotel looks appealing and is clean, with welcoming people who are happy to help. I’m staying four nights. My room has a queen-size bed, a fridge, and air conditioning.
