Melal Apartment Hotel

I was there for five days in October 2023, staying in a two-bedroom unit. It was a comfortable, clean apartment hotel, though the interior has aged. I’d stayed before, around 2005, and it’s definitely older now, but still clean. The location is convenient, but nearby streets get stuck in traffic from 7:00 to 10:30 am and 3:00 to 8:30 pm. It’s not within walking distance of the metro. Breakfast was okay, with eggs or omelet, bread, jam and cold cuts. The coffee was very good, and restaurant staff were friendly. Front desk customer relations and interactions could use improvement.

The window view is worth a look. This clean accommodation in one of Tehran’s main business districts had all the services I needed, and the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming.

It’s a comfortable, lovely place, and the hotel has everything guests need. The area feels amazing too. I’d choose it if you’re traveling with friends or with a family of more than three.

A good choice for a family or a longer stay. The room was spacious and clean, the staff were polite and helpful, and the location was good. Room rates were reasonable too.
