We had planned to return to Vozara this year, but when my cousin tried to book for us, he was told I was blacklisted. I was shocked, since all I'd done was complain about the room we got and mention that the swimming pool advertised on their website wasn't working or available, which seemed misleading to hotel guests. If that's why I'm blacklisted, it's outrageous. The management has lost its hospitality and professionalism, and they've lost a very good customer. I'll share this with my large circle of family, friends, and business associates. My family and I, three people, stayed at Vozara last October for the third time. We'd been very satisfied with the service and accommodation until then. For that stay, we booked for three adults but got a studio suite with a double bed and only a regular sofa for our son. It was very uncomfortable for him, and when I complained, no satisfactory solution was offered. Last year in October, we stayed at Vozara for the third time. Best of luck, A. Salem

The staff made me feel like I was staying with family. They were helpful, resourceful, well trained, and always said yes. I actually missed them after leaving, and I also got to meet the owner, who was very nice and clearly knew what he was doing. The hotel is close to the heart of Tehran, looks new, and is well maintained. Rooms are like apartments, with a small kitchen, oven, and washer. Daily cleaning was wonderful and thorough. Breakfast had an amazing selection, better than most places I've stayed around the world. We came back from Iran a few days ago, and the stay was far too comfortable. If I return, Vozara is my only choice.

Everything else was fine: the hotel was clean, our room was big, the city view was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly. But I don't understand why they needed to keep my passport at reception when I'd already paid for the room. The pillows were very hard and made it difficult to sleep. They should offer a soft one too, since some people might prefer that.

I spent three weeks here and had a good experience. My one-bedroom room was spacious and clean, which made the trip easier, and the staff were professional, polite, and diligent. Breakfast had plenty of options, but Espresso wasn't included for free. During Covid, the coffeeshop and restaurant had reduced hours, so it was sometimes hard to get a good coffee. That may not have been the hotel's fault.

I've visited this real luxury hotel in Tehran many times, and the quality of service has always been impeccable. It's convenient, and the staff are friendly, so I'd definitely recommend it to travelers. There are very few places like vozara hotel in Iran if you want to give it a fair review.
