I had a comfortable two-night stay and would recommend this hotel. It's in a cozy, quiet area away from traffic, and the subway is reachable by a short taxi ride. The hotel is well organized, the staff are very polite, and the rooms are clean and serviced every day. Breakfast is fairly complete, though a bit weak for a hotel of this class. Dinner has a good variety, and the coffee shop also offers a nice range of drinks. I stayed for two nights on August 21.

The staff are polite and helpful, and the hotel has all the facilities you might need. Breakfast was awesome, with real espresso coffee, which you don't get at many hotels in Iran. It sits on a quiet street near one of the main squares, with everything close by. The beds are amazing, with firm mattresses, and the other furniture is comfortable. Bathrooms and showers are modern, warm, and clean, with all amenities provided. This is easily the best hotel I've stayed in. I've stayed in 5-star hotels in Europe that weren't as good as Eskan Alvand. It deserves 5 stars.

Each floor has just 8 rooms, all overlooking the city. The place was clean, cozy, and quiet, and the staff were extremely polite, welcoming, and helpful. The restaurant has an inviting feel and big windows, though breakfast could be better.

The rooms are spacious, very clean, and have all the amenities you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. The bed was perfect, and the dark curtains meant I slept like a baby. Breakfast was the best we had in all of Iran. Staff are extremely kind and helpful, attentive to detail, and truly interested in their guests' wellbeing. It feels like a boutique hotel while still being very professional. For the value, it's one of the best hotels in Tehran, and one you shouldn't miss.
