I've stayed twice and have no complaints. The location is convenient, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff have been very accommodating. Breakfast is great, and the lobby cafe's coffee and cakes are tasty.

Breakfast is simple and there aren't any live cooking stations, but there's a tasty, clean selection of Persian and international food. The restaurant is spacious, so it doesn't feel crowded even when full. The location is excellent, within walking distance of everything around Tajrish and Darband. The whole place feels luxurious, from the lobby and furniture to the rooms, and it's beautifully designed and well maintained. Cleanliness was exceptional, and the staff were kind, professional, and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it. This hotel is truly underrated.

I stayed at Wisteria Hotel Tehran for two nights while I was having surgery. The rate for the suite was very high, comparable to international five-star hotels, but the room had only basic furniture and a bed, with no amenities to justify that cost. The sheet had visible body hair, which is unacceptable, especially for a hotel claiming five stars. The breakfast was extremely poor, more like motel food, and staff seemed unhygienic, with unpleasant body odor that made interactions uncomfortable and raised concerns about hygiene. At checkout, I asked to use the lobby restroom and was sent to P6, six floors underground. Given my medical condition, that was highly inappropriate. The space was dark, cold, empty, and felt unsafe, and the restroom itself was in very poor condition. The hotel was luxurious and clean in some respects, and the breakfast buffet was delicious, but it was far too expensive. The five-star rating is misleading, and the price doesn't match the quality, cleanliness, or service. I wouldn't recommend it under any circumstances. I'm sharing this to warn international guests expecting a genuine five-star stay.

For a long stay in Tehran, this isn't a good option. They change the price once they realize you're extending your stay, and may not let you extend at the regular rate. It's better to book the whole stay through your travel agency at once.

The rooms are just average, and there's nothing special about the hotel. Calling it five-star is misleading. The staff are super nice and friendly, though, and breakfast was great.
