I’ve stayed at Saina Hotel five times, anywhere from three days to a week each visit, and it’s been a comfortable place to return to. The staff have always been calm, kind, and helpful, and both the room and corridors were quiet enough for good sleep. My single room looked out onto other buildings. It was roomy and kept up well, though I’d put cleanliness around 3.5-4 out of 5. The carpet made it feel a little softer, and the bathroom was clean too. Air conditioning worked well on my spring and winter visits. Breakfast had a decent range of food and drinks. The price seemed fairly reasonable for the stay. Check current rates and offers before booking.

The price felt justified, and I’d stay here again. Rooms are roomy and very clean, with good reception and room service. Breakfast is included and had different choices that I enjoyed. The Metro station is nearby, and Milad Tower is about 8 km away. It feels like more than a three-star hotel.

There are shops, little convenience stores, and a few places to eat within a five-minute walk, and the staff are very friendly and speak English. I’ve stayed here a few times, for as long as three weeks. The rooms are basic but decent, with hard mattresses. Road-facing rooms get less sun but can be noisy. Ones at the back catch sun all day and may get noisy around school hours. Breakfast is reasonable, though sadly it’s the same every day. I’ll come back.

The location is good. It’s a pretty standard city hotel, clean and friendly enough, and breakfast is included. Nothing memorable about it, but it’s fine.
